The national treasure of Estonia that had been deposited in a French bank before World War II, is returned to the country after the recent independence. While the 900 million dollars in gold are being carried back to the country in an atmosphere of national euphoria, a gang plans to rob the money. Plans include a blackout in the capital Tallinn and changing the bars of gold into fake packets of cigarettes. The wife of one of the members of the gang is due to have a baby precisely at the time of the blackout and the two events become fatefully linked. A 'Spaghetti Eastern'.
